Start time 6.45pm.
Our next meeting is on Thursday 18th July 2024, it has been organized by Nick Simpson and it’s another of our Showtime meetings.
These meetings have always been very popular with the members and we hope this meeting will be no different, we want to see lots of entries. The idea behind these meetings is for the members to bring in an item or items that they have or had made, it doesn’t need to have been made recently if you have an interesting story to go with the item or items that the rest of the members would be interested to see and hear about.
It could be something completely new to you that you would appreciate advice on, or that you have encountered a problem that you need some help with, it could be as little as just finding out what sort of wood an item is made from. Whatever reason you bring your item or items along to be seen and discussed is important to you and interesting to the rest of us, so do bring in something to show and remember you can bring in more than one item.
On arrival with your item or items, speak to Nick who will let you know how this presentation will be handled.
I have included a few pictures of the people and items that were on show and talked about at the last Showtime meeting, as you will see there were a wide range of items on show, I do hope it’s just as interesting for this meeting, we would all love to see what you have come in with so do take part.
